Delete your GameItApp account

In the app or on the web

1. Sign in at gameitapp.com or in the GameItApp Android app.
2. Open Account from the link at the bottom of any page.
3. Under Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Without signing in

If you can't sign in, email privacy@gameitapp.com from the address on your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your username, email address, password, date of birth, chat messages, connections, invites, mutes and sign-in sessions are erased straight away. Matches you have already played stay in the other players' history under an anonymous "deleted" name, with nothing that identifies you. Nothing is kept after that, apart from server logs, which are overwritten automatically within a short time.
